Postpartum Recovery

What If I Just Want One Visit?
Of course you’re welcome to come for a single visit. Most clients, after feeling the difference, choose to continue within a Care Plan, but you never have to.
First Visits are $185, which includes your personalized Care Plan recommendations. You have the option to apply this visit towards the Care Plan of your choice.
Subsequent individual visits are $250 and may be booked here.

Yes. Clients who visited Sparrow’s Nest before October 1, 2025 can contact us for a special code to use through the end of 2025.
All new clients are invited to begin their journey with our Care Plans ($185 for 1st visit), or with updated individual pricing of $250 for single visit.
